The Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 15, 2025 at 6:30
pm in the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River City, UT. The purpose of the
hearing is to receive comments on proposed amendments to Land Use Table Appendix A and
Definitions Chapter 2 concerning Education Institutions. The majority of the amendments are
to bring the Code into compliance with recent State Legislation. Comments should be brief and
not repetitious. A copy of the proposed amendments are available at the City Office 435-279-
9047 or on the City website.
